Level: Assistant Manager, Manager


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet and other key financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Calculate and report all monthly tax obligations (e.g., PPh, PPN) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and coordinate related matters with the Head Office in Jakarta.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to Bank Indonesia, including KPPK (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal) and BLLD (Laporan Kegiatan Lalu Lintas Devisa).
  • Support and contribute to the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc) in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and on-time submission of necessary documentation.
  • Communicate and report in English (both written and verbal) to support internal coordination and liaise with external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles, preferably in multinational or regulated industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and Bank Indonesia reporting requirements.
  • Experience in handling tax audits, coordinating external financial audits, and preparing transfer pricing documents.Proficient in business-level English communication.
  • Holder of Tax Brevet A & B certifications.
  • The work location is in the Cikarang (Jababeka) area, so it's preferable for candidates who are ready to work in that location.

Building Manager:


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Building Manager with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of our facility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure that building systems and services operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with operational standards.

As we are a Japanese company, the ideal candidate should also be able to successfully adopt and apply Japanese facility management methods in their work.

Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills will be considered a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

Facility Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the building and coordinate all maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address repair and maintenance needs
  • Supervise building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire safety, and security
  • Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives
  • Ensure all building activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards
  • Maintain accurate facility documentation, permits, manuals, and maintenance records


Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Coordinate and supervise external service providers
  • Ensure service quality and compliance with agreed service levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors


Administrative Duties

  • Manage work orders, service requests, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Develop and regularly update SOPs and facility management policies
  • Prepare operational reports, and incident summaries as required


Safety & Security

  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and evacuation plans
  • Oversee building security systems and ensure they are functioning properly
  • Conduct safety briefings or training for building staff and tenants
  • Respond to building emergencies and escalate issues when necessary


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building or facility management, preferably in office buildings
  • A strong desire for continuous self-improvement
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Professional attitude with a genuine sense of care
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Central/South Jakarta
  • Working days: Monday - Friday
